About us:

OneDoc was founded four years ago and is now the largest Swiss eHealth provider with more than 4’000 partners in the health sector. We are a young team of 25 people based in Geneva and Zurich. For patients, OneDoc offers online medical appointment bookings that are easy to use and free of charge. For health professionals, OneDoc offers a comprehensive booking system that facilitates practice management thanks to new digital features.
For our expansion in the Swiss market, we are looking for an ambitious person in the role of a CRM/Hubspot Inbound Marketing Specialist. 🐧

What you will be working on:

  • You are responsible for the CRM (super admin) and set up measures to keep the system up to date.
  • You integrate our website blog with HubSpot to enable better tracking.
  • You implement and configure HubSpot templates, landing pages, modules and themes.
  • You create functional and easy-to-use websites with HubSpot CMS that support dynamic content required for subpages of the website.
  • You work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure they are using the right processes.
  • You keep track of the automations in place and make sure they are working properly.
  • You advise the team on new automations.
  • You will work with the Sales team to set up intelligent workflows to activate inactive users and convert them into active, loyal users.
  • In short, you will take OneDoc to an even higher level in the coming year!

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication skills in German or English (French and Italian are a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience with Hubspot and Hubspot CMS.
  • Your analytical technical understanding is at an advanced level.
  • A “hands-on” mentality.
  • Experience in optimizing marketing and sales processes based on data.
  • A love for marketing and sales automation.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation campaigns, content strategy.
