Project/Product Manager

Up for a new challenge? Our product is evolving every day, and our tech team is growing fast… we are now looking for a Project/Product Manager to join our amazing team in our Geneva, Lausanne or Zürich offices and bring OneDoc to the next level! 🚀

What you will be doing as a Project/Product Manager:

You act as a link between the business and the development teams
You keep track of pending tasks and make sure deadlines are met
You help the development team create a productive and independent working environment
You continuously strive to make internal processes more efficient
You support/lead the implementation of projects

What you bring to the table as a Project/Product Manager:

You have a software engineering background or you are familiar with software development
You have experience with project management
You have experience working with cross-functional teams
You have excellent organisational skills, act independently and on time
You know how to work with task management tools and have a strong opinion on them
Big picture thinking: you understand how individual parts fit into the whole of a project
You have a proactive attitude and are self-responsible with a willingness to learn and adapt
You speak English (French and/or German is a plus)

Nice-to-haves:

Previous working experience on a similar product and/or in a rapidly scaling company
